DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING?

Yes! I've partnered with Framebridge to bring you high-quality, beautiful custom frames in a variety of styles. Visit www.framebridge.com/frames to browse the selection, and contact me prior to purchase of your home portrait so I can provide you with more information on the custom framing process!
 

WHAT IF I DON'T haVE ANY GOOD PHOTOS OF THE HOME i'd like to commission?

If you are unable to find adequate photos of the home or venue, or would like to give a portrait as a gift and don't have access to any photographs, I am able to illustrate some buildings from Google Street View if there is an adequate view of the building and no large trees or landscaping items that completely block some or all of the building from all angles. Additionally, if the building you'd like to have illustrated is a famous or historic piece of architecture, I may be able to use photos found on Google Images. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me here and I will be happy to discuss it with you!
 

DO YOU offer RUSH ORDERS?

Yes! I have a flat rush fee of $25.00 for a production time of 1 week, which is expedited from the usual 2-3 week production time. Please note that this does not affect shipping times, and if you'd like to rush the shipping as well I can offer expedited services through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please contact me here for a custom quote.

Yes! Please note that extra VATs and customs fees may apply depending on the country in which you live.
