Each custom house portrait starts with your photos, which is hand-drawn and carefully colored to capture every detail. Alena uses colored pencils on paper using a unique blending technique. Her portraits are 100% hand drawn, and no digital tools are used to create the portraits. That means the artwork you will receive will be a one-of-a-kind, lovingly hand-drawn creation. Each piece is filled with color, playful textures, and subtle irregularities that give each portrait its unique personality.

Most portraits are completed within three to four weeks, depending on size and complexity. Each piece is carefully crafted to capture the unique character of your home. Rush orders are occasionally available for an additional fee, and I always provide a clear timeline so you know exactly when your one-of-a-kind illustration will be ready to hang.
